Academic Excellence
The Olympiad Examination Council (OEC) is an academic organization dedicated to promoting excellence in education through competitive assessments for school students. These exams are designed to enhance problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and conceptual understanding among students from primary to senior secondary levels.
Corporate Opportunities
As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the OEC is committed to creating equal learning opportunities for all. Through its CSR programs, the Council often provides free or subsidized exam registrations and study materials for students from underprivileged backgrounds. It also collaborates with schools in rural and remote areas to ensure access to quality academic challenges and resources.
Workshops & Scholarships
We fund educational workshops, teacher training, and scholarships to uplift education standards, nurturing young talent and contributing to social development.
Nationwide Impact
By integrating CSR with academic competitions, OEC nurtures talent while contributing meaningfully to social development across the nation, ensuring inclusivity.
A Journey of Growth & Impact
From a humble beginning to a beacon of innovation, our story is one of passion and perseverance.

2016 — Conception & Vision
OEC was conceived with a mission to promote academic excellence and global STEM engagement. Founding principles, governance structure, and quality standards were drafted.
2
2017 — Legal Establishment & Pilot Programs
OEC was formally constituted and ran pilot Olympiads in core subjects to validate format, item banks, and evaluation protocols. Early partnerships with a few schools and colleges were formed.
3
2018 — National Scale-up
Standardized academic calendars, registration systems, and proctoring guidelines were launched. Participation grew as OEC expanded across states and built a secure question-bank.
4
2019 — Engineering Focus Launched
The International Engineering Olympiad Examination (IEOE) was introduced with year- and branch-wise syllabi, attracting engineering colleges and students.
5
2020 — Digital Transformation
OEC shifted to robust online delivery and remote proctoring to ensure continuity during the pandemic, and formalized Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions for digital exams.
6
2021 — Global Outreach & New Olympiads
International registration processes, time zone-aware scheduling, and the International Space Olympiad were launched. Dedicated support for overseas students improved accessibility.
7

Social initiatives kicked in: the Free Examination Scheme for economically disadvantaged students and the Aruna Girls Scholarship to empower female learners were rolled out.
8
2023 — Program Diversification & Quality Depth
New focused contests (e.g., International Engineering Mathematics Olympiad), innovation-case sections, and discipline-specific advanced modules were added; analytics and outcome-based assessment matured.
9
2024 — Industry, CSR & Partnerships
Corporate Membership and CSR Fund structures were established, enabling industry collaborations, internships, and sponsorship-backed scholarships and research grants.
